of repairing your PC
1- Breakdown service on line
When the problem of the PC to be repaired still allows a connection to reliable Internet, this one can be dealt with by my service using software which after acceptance of the contract of repair, will be uploader and installed by the customer. Once installed, I undertake to carry out the breakdown service by taking the control of the machine.

2- Breakdown service on Site
If the PC does not have or more connection Internet, that it does not require a complete reinstalment, and that it is in a ray of 50Km around Namur (in Belgium), I move in order to carry out the breakdown service after study and acceptance of the file.
3- Breakdown service at the office
In the case of a complete reinstalment of the machine, I move or the customer brings the machine in order to complete work.
A reinstalment made by my service includes/understands the installation of Windows, Drivers, Office, Utilitaire of copy or other according to the configuration of the machine as well as the realization of CD of "complete reinstalment and rapid " being able to be used by whoever knowing to place CD in this one!!!
What means that so later you encounter problems again, it is enough to put CD so that the PC finds in the same state qu’après my installation and that takes between 15 minutes and an hour according to the speed of the computer.
